Commemorative Offer for New Adults in Toshima City

Toshima “Coming-of-Age Day Ceremony” originally scheduled on January 11 was changed to on-line ceremony in accordance with the guideline of Central Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

In order to express our congratulations to new adults, we now offer complementary one-day ticket for IKEBUS and a free movie ticket in addition to free admission to Sunshine Aquarium etc. as stated in the invitation post card for the ceremony.

When visiting these facilities, please make sure to take thorough measures against new Coronavirus infection.

Movie Invitation

You can exchange the ticket to a movie ticket (TC ticket) to enjoy one movie at TOHO Cinemas Ikebukuro.

(Note) TC ticket means TOHO Cinemas ticket

How to use

Exchange the ticket to a movie ticket (TC ticket) at the City Office within the period below.
Please note that you will not be able to watch the movie with the ticket (white cardboard) enclosed in the "Urgent Notice”.
Who can use: Valid for new adult only
How to use: For details on how to use a movie ticket (TC ticket), which is exchanged at Learning and Sports Section of City Office, please refer to “How to use TC ticket” on HP of TOHO Cinemas or call TOHO Cinemas (Phone: 050-6868-5070）

How to exchange

Period: From February 1 (Monday) to March 31 (Wednesday), 2021. Weekdays only from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm.
Place: Learning and Sports Section of Toshima City Office (Main Bldg. 7F)
What to bring: Ticket (white cardboard) enclosed in “Urgent Notice” sent onJanuary 9, 2021.

How to use

Who can use: Valid for new adult only.
What to bring: IKEBUS ticket (white cardboard) enclosed in “Urgent Notice” sent on
How to use: Please hand it to the bus driver when you board the IKEBUS and it will be exchanged for a one-day ticket.
