Special Ambassadors: Privileges and Functions

There are various privileges and functions for those who choose to become special ambassadors

The city has prepared name cards and a PR pamphlet for our special ambassadors. While engaging in your own business endeavors and other activities, please use every possible opportunity to supply information on the International City of Arts and Culture Toshima vision and the appeal of the Toshima community. In this way, we look forward to the creative use of personal networking to get the message out.

Special ambassador pinWe will also send out specially designed special ambassador pins. Please wear these identification pins when attending special ambassador meetings and forums, community events and on other occasions, taking time to explain the International City of Arts and Culture Toshima vision.

Ambassador Discussion Sessions

Special ambassador general meetings and other forums are organized as opportunities for special ambassadors to exchange ideas and opinions. Other such occasions include advisory and organizer meetings.

Occasions to Enhance Understanding of the International City of Arts and Culture Toshima Vision

Everyone is encouraged to attend the monthly meetings of the International Arts and Culture Forum. These regular gatherings are used to welcome experts from various different fields and numerous other guests, to assist in deepening public understanding of the International City of Arts and Culture Vision, experiencing genuine works of art and furnish other rewarding benefits.

 

 

To promote greater understanding of our International City of Arts and Culture Toshima vision, we will send out a digest version of the explanatory materials of tactics.

TheICAC Times, a special ambassador report generally published on a quarterly basis, provides news on the latest trends, events, projects and other undertakings related to the International City of Arts and Culture Toshima vision. We hope that the useful and timely information in this bulletin will serve to promote participation in community events organized by special ambassadors, as well as the activities of related groups and private businesses.
