8F/9F: City Assembly Zone
Functionality has been enhanced to facilitate sufficient assembly deliberations and research/study, and city assembly facilities have been improved so that assemblies are even more accessible to city residents.
Assembly hall
When the assembly is not in session, the facility is constructed so that it can be utilized by city residents for large meetings and international meetings.
Visitors Gallery
Gallery seats are placed on both sides to make it easier to view the entire assembly. Persons viewing an assembly should state their intention to the City Assembly Office on the day of the assembly (98-person capacity).
