Toshima City Office

Transportation access

City office hours and reception hours (be sure to confirm)

Business hours for city offices and reception hours are different. Please check the business hours before visiting.

On the “choose a station / bus stop” menu, please select your starting point for departing to the Toshima City Office, and then click on the display button.

When coming to the city office from the direction of Ikebukuro Sta., leave from the East Exit and head along Green Blvd.

Continue along Green Blvd. for a while.

Turn right after the gas station on the right side. The north entrance to Toshima City Office will soon come into view.

Get off at Higashi-Ikebukuro Sta. and head toward Exit No.1.

Turn left at the end of the passage. There is an underground passageway leading to B2.

From B2, take either the elevator or escalator to the upper level. Be sure not to take the escalator to the condominium entrance.

Get off the Toden streetcar and walk toward the convenience store visible in the distance.

Turn right at the convenience store corner. Toshima City Office will be visible ahead.

Walk along Azuma St. for a little way.

After a while, Minamiikebukuro Elementary School will come into view on the right and a brown building will be visible on the left.

Turn left onto the road after the brown building and Toshima City Office will come into view straight ahead.

Route from Yurakucho Line/underground parking

The 1F can be reached by escalator or elevator from Yurakucho Line Higashi-Ikebukuro Sta.
Visitors going to offices to carry out various paperwork can use the 1F elevator hall or escalator (to 3F/4F).

  • Parking Area: approx. 50 spaces (B1; includes 2 spaces for disabled parking)
  • Bicycle Parking Area: Approx. 35 spaces (B1)

  • There is a charge to use vehicle parking and motorcycle parking, but visitors to Toshima City Office as a rule receive 60 min. of free parking. Show the parking ticket to the reception counter to get the discount at the 1F General Information.
