Library

There are 7 libraries and one library corner in Toshima City and they are available for use to everyone.

Borrowing of books and so on

For registration, bring along documents such as residence card or health insurance card and so on for verification purposes (name and address). A library card for all libraries in Toshima will be issued.

Information in foreign language

There is an English, Chinese and Korean language booth located at the Central Library.

If you click on “Select Language” in the upper right corner of the library website, the website’s auto-translation service will give you the option to switch to English, Chinese (simplified and traditional) or Korean.
