Information Of "Special One-Time Benefit"（¥50,000）

★We finished accepting applications for "Special One-Time Benefit" on January 31st.

 

A household whom below is eligible for 50,000yen benefit.

A household whom all family members have low income and not required to pay resident tax for FY2022（a tax-exempt household）.

A household whom income of all family members has decreased due to unexpected reasons.

1 Who is eligible？

（1）Tax-exempt household

・All family members have resident registration in TOSHIMA City as of 30 Sep 2022.

・All family members are not required to pay the FY2022 resident tax.

（2）A household whose income has decreased due to unexpected reasons.

・Resident registration in TOSHIMA City when applying.

・A household equivalent to a tax-exempt household.

※A household having received 50,000yen benefit in other city is not eligible in TOSHIMA City.

2 How much can a household receive？

50,000Yen per household is transferred into the bank account of the head of household.

3 How to apply（Deadline:31 Jan 2023）

（1）Tax-exempt household

The letter and application form are sent to the eligible household by 14 Nov 2022.

Please fill out the application form and send it back by deadline.

※A household will receive 50,000yen benefit only if the application is submitted by deadline.

（2）A household whose income has decreased due to unexpected reasons.

Please fill out the application form and send it back with all the documents required by deadline.

※The application form can be printed out through TOSHIMA City website, or picked up at TOSHIMA-City Hall.

※A household will receive 50,000yen benefit only if the application is submitted by deadline.

4 Help desk

If you have any questions, the help desk is located at the 1st floor, TOSHIMA-City Hall.

Please make sure to bring the letter you received, bankbook, passport, and ID(Zairyu Card) with you.

※The appointment is highly recommended before the visit.

※A household whose income has decreased due to unexpected reasons, needs to submit a pay slip.(A pay slip that shows the lowest monthly income.)
