Operating hours

• From Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Second and fourth Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
  Note: Hours for April and May 2024: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A multilanguage* consultation service using video calls and the like is scheduled to launch in July 2024.
