Operating hours

• From Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Consultations are available in 22 languages through video call interpretation using a tablet computer. Please note that available consultation times vary by language.

8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Mongolian, Sinhala, Urdu, Bengali, Arabic

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Spanish, Hindi, Thai, Filipino, Nepali, Khmer, Malay, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Burmese

10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: French, Russian

10:00 a.m. to noon: Ukrainian
