There are 4 entrances to enable visitors to enter from all directions.
There is a multipurpose space called, Toshima Center Square.

Toshima Center Square
Toshima Center Square can be used for various city resident activities, such as events and exhibits/presentations. It will also be used in the event of a natural disaster as a place for providing disaster-related information, counseling for living, etc.
General Information
General Information will provide appropriate information/guidance according to the reason for people's visits to enable visitors to reach their destination without any confusion.
B2
B2 provides an underground passageway that directly connects to Yurakucho Line Higashi-Ikebukuro Sta. It links Toshima City Office to Sunshine City.
Bicycle Parking entrance
Bicycle parking is located next to the West entrance (space for approx. 200 bicycles). Available: 7:00 a.m.–midnight
Fee: 200 yen/day (All visitors receive free 60-min. bicycle parking.)
