At the Ikebukuro Public Health Center you can receive anonymous and free examinations of HIV (AIDS), syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea (by appointment only). Please inquire about the date and time of examinations.

Toshima City provides cancer screening free of charge. Strive for early detection and early treatment before experiencing subjective symptoms by having cancer screening. You must have a ticket to undergo this screening.

Screening tickets for the below screenings are mailed to those who are eligible. Receive the screening at a designated institution once the ticket arrives. If you have moved in from out-of-City, please inquire at the City office.

This is for those who are under 18 year of age, have bronchial asthma or chronic bronchitis, have an address within Tokyo for a year or more (six months or more for those under 3 years of age), and who meet the requirements set forth by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government ordinance.

Collect points, exchange them with millage cards, and receive services at cooperating stores in Toshima City. Eligibility is open to those living, working, or studying in the City and who are 18 year of age or older.
