Welfare for the Disabled

The following consultations are provided for those who hold a certificate of physical disability (Shintai Shogaisha Techo), of Intellectually Disabled (Ai-no-Techo), or of disabled war veteran and those with a mental disorder or intractable diseases. The services you can receive depend on the type and grade of certificate and on the person’s age.
