Follow the traffic rules and learn proper traffic manners.
It is very dangerous to use smart phones or talking on the phone while walking. It may cause injury to other people. Do not use smart phones while walking.
When you walk on the roads, follow the traffic rules such as waiting at a red light.
Do not drive with excessive speed. Do not overtake other vehicles unless it can be done safely. Always use seatbelts and child restraints.
When riding a bicycle, avoid clothes of dark colors even during the day and have reflective materials. Turn the light on early enough in the evening. Do not ride double or use cell phones while riding; ride safely and avoid disturbing other people.

Bicycles are included as vehicles. When you cause an accident, there will be a liability for damages. Be sure to buy an insurance.
Although bicycles are convenient, they may disturb pedestrians when not parked properly. Park them only at bicycle-parking areas and do not park on the roadside or near the station. Avoid accidents involving others especially elderlies, children and people with disabilities by parking a bicycle improperly. Abandoned bicycles will be removed, and fees are required to have them returned.
